Building upon its long, storied history as a creative and production epicenter for the New York television, feature film, and commercial advertising industries, 222 East 44th Street and EUE/Screen Gems Studios has evolved to keep pace with emerging technologies and new media platforms.

“The Digiplex” - New York’s Fully Integrated Digital Workplace is a studio concept whose time has come.

Media companies need production facilities that can provide comprehensive and cost-effective production solutions across converging platforms. To meet this demand, EUE/Screen Gems Studios offers a format agnostic, digital assembly line in a single location for content creation and management whether the end use is television, theatrical, Internet or mobile phone distribution, or all four.

Covering five floors in Midtown Manhattan, the New York studio building encompasses over 125,000 square feet of “wired” studio, office  and production support space.

EUE/Screen Gems Studios engineering that not only meets the day-to-day Broadcast/IT  needs of the entire complex, but also provides complete design and integration services for special assignments or to build entirely new work environments.
